poor service
mrs moranFirstly when fitting a carpet in August 2010 I ended up with a join that was not expected. The fitter should have asked if there were any joins in the room before but failed to do so.
The bigger problem is pile reversal which they claim is not covered in terms and conditions (Action carpets cover this for 2 years). It is agreed that normal pile reversal will not be covered but I have a large muddy looking area and this has ruined the carpet. There was no advise offered about this carpet or plain carpets being prone to pile reversal.
Customer service is appalling. They acknowledged my first complaint letter but subsequent emails have been ignored.
I will not recommend their services and will be sure to tell family and friends to avoid this company.

hayley2001I recently brought the "Cady Stripe (brown)" carpet at Remland Carpets. I was spoilt for choice with the online selection. The carpet was excellent quality and i was overall highly impressed with the professional fitting service. They were very nice as i was new to the area. I recommend this to everyone.
