There is a dedicated Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team for your area. In all there are 106 such teams in Surrey, each helping to keep the county safe and sound.
Please do not send correspondence to local stations. Instead, use our postal address. We receive a lot of letters and faxes every day and we aim to answer them promptly and confirm who is dealing with your enquiry. You can write to the police by addressing your letter to:
PO Box 101
Together with colleagues in the Community Safety Team and a pro-active team of officers to support them, the Safer Neighbourhood Teams work to tackle crime and disorder issues in local communities and we continue to have successes in dealing with crime and anti-social behaviour across Reigate and Banstead.
Much work has been done with partners to address the issue of youth disorder, including parenting support, work in schools and targeting individuals and groups with enforcement and diversionary action. While we have not removed the problem completely, many areas are now reporting other priorities at their local Police Panel Meetings.
