Red Kite is an environmental consultancy with over 15 years’ experience working with national agencies, AONBs, National Parks, local authorities and heritage managers. We offer imaginative and effective solutions to help organisations plan their work and communicate their messages.

Our aim in interpretation is to develop innovative and fun ideas that help to bring places alive and develop rapport and enthusiasm in audiences. Our broad understanding and experience in heritage and biodiversity management enables us to consider the ‘big picture’ for an organisation or site and the vital linkages between interpretation and site management. We work at all levels, from preparing interpretation and visitor experience strategies to delivering interpretation programmes and producing leaflets. In our practical interpretation work we work closely with designers, printers and sign production companies to provide a complete interpretation production service. We research and prepare interpretation materials including leaflets, guides, brochures, panels, exhibitions and newsletters, and develop exciting interpretation and learning programmes. We work closely with clients and stakeholders and often conduct community participation activities to gather information and gain consensus on outputs. We also evaluate existing interpretation provision for clients to assist with project and development funding bids.
