PMSG stores all the campaign materials (promotional items, literature, give-aways etc) in a secure warehouse. These can be rapidly supplied to field sales staff, regional offices, customers or marketing partners through a bespoke, password protected web-based ordering system. Our clients set all the ordering and re-stocking limits and decide who is allowed access to the system. Each system user can view their order history online, as well as live stock levels. Reporting can be tailored and automated, with monthly or weekly reports with whatever level of detail is required. Orders receipt and despatches are confirmed by automated email and the latter include the parcel tracking reference. PMSG provide a range of mailing services including mail merge and printing, signature printing, matching and mailsort. Often we can save our clients money on their postage by using down stream access providers, with Royal Mail providing the final mile delivery. We also source and provide suitable mailing lists and can build and maintain address lists from client activity or existing databases. Envelopes are printed with a return PO Box number, so any that are undelivered are returned to us and the databases updated. In addition we often build in sleepers in to the mailing to check the delivery service levels. PMSG has many years experience in helping design and produce launch packs and kit collations. We work closely with our clients sourcing suitable packaging, cutting out waste and ensuring the client values are reflected in the pack produced. Through our Freepost and PO Box numbers PMSG receive coupons and responses, data capturing the relevant information. These responses can be used as prize draws or for future mailings ensuring the data protection laws are abided by.
