Mrs NasfiI am very disappointed about the service i receieved when i came into yr post office on saturday. As a customer who is registered disabled i asked for help regarding a form i had to fill in.. I found the advisor to be extremely rude disregarding and completely non-empathetic. She said blatantly it was not her job to help fill forms in and told me to speak to the man who was at the counter at the bottom..He basically gave me a bried summary of how to fill my form in said he couldnt help especially as there was a lot of people in the queue..I had to queue myself for some considerable time..The girl who spoke to me was extremely rude she looked indian i think her name was nasheed possibly. i could not believe the way she spoke to me. I have had comments from other people saying they detest going there because of the bad service. i did not expect any "special treatment" but as a disabled customer feel she could have been a little more empathetic and certainly should not have been so rude. This is obviously not good cusyomer service. I dont feel able now to use this post office again.. i even told them i just had an operationbut this did not make any difference6/27/2010 10:40:24 PM
