dont waste your money
mary2012Previously, I received face-laser treatment from this clinic. They are always rude, unconsidered, unfriendly. They never tell you that they have cancelled your appointment, which you can not do anything at that time(once before my appointment was cancelled for 9 months). Additionally, you can never complain about their services once they take your money, as they do not have a refund policy. Last but not least, be careful about your time when you are served by them as they can steal your treatment time if a new customer has come up at the time you are being served. They have a policy which says “A new customer is always more valuable than those in hand.” Thanks Note: Anyone who has read this information does not believe me, they can ask for policies (refund policy etc.), and learn what they do if you missed your appointment, how long does a treatment take (1 year, two year…).2/7/2012 10:28:20 PM

haupohlauUnlike other reviewers below, I have received good service from Pasha Clinic – and I too bought a LivingSocial voucher for microdermabrasion sessions for use with Pasha Clinic. I communicated not by phone but via e-mail to arrange my appointments (as is stipulated on the LivingSocial voucher) and they respond within the same day of my e-mails. Apart from that, the microdermabrasion treatment itself has been producing the best results on my complexion that I have ever experienced from microdermabrasion (and I consider myself a veteran of microdermabrasion as I’ve been having microdermabrasion for at least 7 years on and off from a few centres in London for fine lines, old acne scars and enlarged pores) – the polished effect on my complexion after each session also lasts for several days, unlike other microdermabrasion treatments I have had elsewhere. As usual, the skill of the therapist/beautician is all important. My complexion stays so even and radiant from Pasha Clinic’s microdermabrasion for days afterwards. So far I’ve had 3 treatment sessions I am so pleased. The premises may not be impressive, but the result on my complexion from the microdermabrasion treatment here certainly surpass those I’ve experienced from other seemingly more plush clinics in London. Esther HGreat value for money and a great team whom are very knowledgable. Dr Kargin is always around and gives great advice, she doesnt spoon feed you to buy treatments which I have witnessed in a lot of clinics instead gives you the right advice and if the treatment is not for you she will tell you not to waste your money, even if she isnt around her assistant is very knowledgable and hes a male :D Started in 2009 when I purchased full body laser hair removal for £1000 unlimited sessions (the clinic opposite in maddox street wanted £2500 for 6 sessions using the same laser!). I have had 20 sessions now and only coming back once every year. have had a reduction of about 80% and to be honst im happy as it is as the remaining hairs are very fine and take a long time to grow back. What impressed me about Pasha Clinic is that every year they change there laser machines to bring in the latest technology I started off with a yag laser then q-switch then alexandrite and now a diode laser which is amazing and pain free. I had various other treatments with the clinic including regen cellulite treatment purchased via groupon and also microdermabrasion purchased via groupon have had no problems. The only negative I have with Pasha Clinic is trying to gert through on the phone as the lines are near enough constantly busy however found a ressolution for that as well just send emails now. The staff are very friendly and will ressolve any problems for you at the reception. Some of the girls dont speak great english however very good at the treatments and I suppose im not there to socialise but to have my treatment. Great value for money and will continue to have treatment with them for a long time! Havnt witnessed any of the occurances below and must say unlucky for you guys :D bring on the next groupon deal!11/4/2011 5:39:32 PM

LillyI bought 6 sessions of Microdermabrasion through Groupon and though I didn't expect much after paying about £35 for all, but I didn't expect this either. The branch is the one at 97 Green Lanes. The waiting room quite dirty and basic, looks more like someone's untidy and old living room. The treatment room is similar, with basic stuff around and a table on one side. I've never had microdermabrasion before and I can't compare the experience with other places, but the treatment I got cannot be of high quality in any case. The first time is was better, at least my face was clean afterwords but the second time it was a waste of time... I could've done better with my house hoover. I had to tell them what to do, just bad. They never answer the phone, it's a headache if you need to change your appointment! The word 'professional' does not exist in their vocabulary. Don't waste your money ....5/7/2011 7:22:57 PM

Pasha Clinic This is an absolutely terrible clinic. Never answer the phone, laser machines always broken. First time I went along for my test patch they explained nothing to me. Finally managed to get an appointment for first treatment. Got there and the laser machines were broken. About an hour after my appointment time I was eventually seen. Very very unfriendly therapist. Lying directly on the bed - I asked if they had the paper to put on the bed that every other beauty salon uses but apparently they had run out - surely they have enough experience to know when to order new rolls?!? Seems very unhygienic to lie straight on the bed. I wish I could get my money back.5/5/2011 6:38:39 PM

DKI paid for a session of "unlimited" laser treatment from Pasha. "Doctor" Kargin saw me once, and then never again. She canceled without notice on more than 3 occasions. The treatment also doesn't work very well-Ive had treatment elsewehere and its worked faster. I suppose by writing this the Deniz Deniz will tell a story about me too! When staff start trying to counteract the bad publicity you know you have hit a nerve. Many, many, many other women have complained about this clinic. The treatment is non-refundable and the posters were NOT up int he reception in Green Lanes when I signed up. The terms and conditions also change frequently without notice. AnoniMeI got the "unlimited" laser. It hasnt worked. Doctor kargin aslo just stops your treatment whenever she likes. The terms and conditions of these clinics change every few weeks. Dr Kargin will see you once-to take your money, but never again. The treatments are also un-refundable. The 2 good reviews on here seem to be the only ones Ive come across over several site. Nobody seems to have a good experience here, and sounds like alot of legal cases brewing! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE SCAMMERS!4/23/2011 8:41:39 PM

Cam69I am really disappointed in the service I have been given, first thing I don't understand is how can u have some1 that don't understand English taking phone calls from clients second is how can u tun a business were ur lucky if some1 even picks up the phone in a week? Kimberly Last week me and my friend had a appointment for A "Garra Rufa" fish pedicure. The booking to a little bit long however it was well worth it once we arrived. The receptionist was bubbly and welcoming and told us a little bit about the fish while we was having the treatment, and confirmed that the tank has a filter which cleans the tank continuously . It tickled A LOT !! but after about 5 minutes i got used to it and i really enjoyed the experience. I suffer from mild Psoriasis and have a lot of dry skin on my toes and corners of my feet and after the treatment i could really see and feel a difference !! 2/9/2011 4:06:58 PM
