First we will come and visit you at your place of work and discuss your aims. We need to understand the long term goals and objectives of your business. We need to be confident that that we are in a position to deliver what you are seeking.
Second, we need to know where you are now. We need to establish how your business stands in the market from the perspective of your suppliers, your customers, your intermediaries and your competitors. To do this we carry out a marketing audit.
This is an analysis of your marketing function. It is the marketing equivalent of a health check and identifies what's working and what's not. It also identifies what opportunities exit for your business and what are the threats.
Next we will analyse the results of the marketing health check, and to identify how we should proceed together, as partners.
