The practice was inaugurated in May 1992 by its principal Roy Partington who had worked for local government for some 27 years, rising to the Head of Structural Engineering of the Revenue section. In 1994 David Taylor joined the partnership on a part-time basis, becoming full-time and a director of the firm when it became a Limited Company in the year 2000. David Ormes joined in June 2002 having spent five years with a reputable Civil & Structural practice in Manchester. Partington and Associates have extensive experience in the design of new and refurbishment projects, along with structural surveys, planning and project management. The Consultancy provides full structural and civil engineering services to local authorities, architects, building surveyors, project managers, commercial and private clients using the most up to date computer aided design and drafting techniques, whilst also taking pride in delivering a fast, professional and economical service for our clients.
