    been waiting for a delivery from US. as i work ive expected a missed delivery note from the partner delivery company. unfortunately usps have emailed me advising missed delivery but no missed delivery note from parcelforce. this caused a prob as i didnt even know who had tried to deliver. this was made worse as i went to post office depo to be told its in parcelforce depo then unable to find a number as DIDNT get a note. this is basic practice and is essential for info and collection / re delivery. have emailed and called once had got home but by that time the office had been closed for ten mins. two hours of my life wasted as someone couldnt post a contact note, how very sad for a great British company to miss something that simple. still not got a responce from either firm5/18/2011 8:19:18 PM

    Parcel was delivered on 09/05.2011, I was in but a card was left stated item will be redelivered the next day, 10/09/2011, waited all day and nothing. arrange for redelivery 12/05/2011, no confirmation email received. Tried calling to confirm item status but got nowhere. check online status- Held. ?? so will it be delivered today? My guess is good as yours.5/12/2011 12:30:54 PM

    Really great services from these guys. I mean all the things I bought online and were delivered by parcel arrived really fast and all the delivery guys were very polite and friendly. What more can I ask for? They are the best delivery company there is.4/5/2011 6:02:27 PM

    Whilst appreciating delays due to weather conditions; I feel what is NOT appreciated is the impact that that can have on customers and other people in their lives. Revelant information that could have eased the situation has not been provided by the personnel I have spoken with on the occasions I have telephoned. I feel for the grass roots staff who answer calls and no doubt endure a lot because of the people calling in. The telephone contact system is not user friendly and not geared up towards people who may have issues in initiating contact. I hope that this feedback reaches someone who can and will make a difference, because I am sure I am just one of many people who are dissatisfied with such levels of services.     • alice hulbert:I live in Minneapolis Minnesota and ordered an item online from a British company. It was the wrong size, so I returned it to exchange for the correct size. The package is now being held prisoner by parcelforce as they demand that I pay customs on it. This must put UK buisness at a severe disadvantage, if you can't return an item for exchange without paying customs- will certainly discourage me from ordering from UK companies- any suggestions? I have not been able to find an email contact for parcelforce other than this space, and am always put on hold when I call.
