SINCE THE CURRENT CONTRACTOR TOOK OVER FROM THE PARCELFORCE DRIVER MY DELIVERIES HAVE BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF DISGUSTING.AS A COMPANY I START WORK AT 07.30 AND HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 18.00 TO GET MY DELIVERY FROM PARCELFORCE.YOU MAY FIND THIS ACCEPTABLE IF YOU WERE SAT IN A HOUSE WATCHING TV BUT I FIND THE SERVICE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND HAVE INSTRUCTED MY SUPPLIER TOSEND MY PARCELS VIA TUFNELLS IN FUTURE. I HOPE A SENIOR MANAGER READS THIS COMMENT AND CONTACTS ME FIRSTLY WITH AN APPOLOGY, THEN WITH SOME SORT OF REASSURANCE THAT THE SERVICE WILL IMPROVE DRASTICALLY IN THE NEAR FUTURE

bad delivery

Awful experience driver rude and told us he wouldn't deliver to us again and then the next time we were due a parcel which we have paid delivery for the driver took it upon himself to take it to the post office and state online that the addressee advised to collect from post , why would we do this if we paid for delivery to our home address where we were all day ?? Which we only found out when we tracked the parcel online as he made no attempt to deliver to us !

I have just been left a card to say my package has been taken to a post office as no-one was home. We were at home having lunch at the time given on card. Deliverer did not try very hard, if at all!

horrendous service

NO stars as such poor service . Used Parcelforce Worldwide to send a parcel from uk to belgium . Paid extra for fast delivery . Collected at newport given receipt on Friday 21/6/13 at 4pm . Was transferred to their 'Internetional Hub' as they call it in Coventry at 6.37pm same day . Then it all went totally wrong . It was supposed to be in belgium on Tuesday 25/6/13 however was still in this country . Explanation while being checked on Monday morning put to one side as a router label was missing . Then it was totally forgotten about until Some time on Tuesday when we started to ask why it had not arrived . Rang Tuesday evening to find out what they had done told by a Carlisle office that it was already in belgium . This was totally wrong as it was still sat in Coventry . After speaking to numerous people at their various points & being told a total load of rubbish as to where it was I finally in desperation rang Belgium Depot where it was going & got the only honest answer that it was not in belgium but still here as it had not left here until 20.42 on Wednesday 26/6/13. So there was no chance of it getting there before tomorrow 27/6/13 & by then it would be too late as it was for a famous Belgium squash player who was flying to Australia later today for a tournament & these were specially printed T shirts for presentation . THANK YOU PARCELFORCE WORLDWIDE FOR SUCH A TERRIBLE SERVICE . I will be writing directly to Moya Green with a formal complaint re the attrocious service as well as filling in a compensation form for them letting down a Belgium Champion . This makes the UK look very bad when it comes to service.I had more help from the Belgium side than the UK side .

Delivery

1. They only use big vans that cannot access narrow lanes. Despite paying for delivery, they left my order in the village shop, which is not acceptable. 2. They delivered 2 boxes of wine to the completely wrong address. When they went to pick it up, were told it had been collected by someone else...but not ParcelForce... What!!! Do not use this lot unless you are really desperate.

Failure to deliver

In spite of paying the import tax and handling charge and receiving a confirmation email that the tax had been received and that I would receive the parcel the next day, one week later nothing and when I call the number and go through the various voice questions I am informed the package is at Newport! No wonder F. and others are doing so well over here.

Disgrace

Rubbish... they don't answer their phones and they don't notify you when they are holding a parcel due to a charge... you have to be a mind reader. To save anyone who reads this the pain I went (and am still going) through, avoid using Parcelforce. Pathetic communication and non existent customer service.

They offer high quality services for customers worldwide. Parceforce delivers the same day and overnight as well. A friend of mine had to send a package to Mexico so we looked for an international delivery service and an air courier that guarantees the arrival of the shipping. Best international parcel delivery put there.
