Eliza007They installed a pressurised hot water cylinder. It was unsafe and illegal, we were informed by an expert third party. The heating did not work for weeks despite multiple failed attempts to fix it. We decided to withhold payment until it was fixed (we took legal advice). They did return to fix it, several months later. Then they charged us debt collection fees. Our bathroom refurbishments took over a year, new customers were a priority. Failed to wire up the immersion heater then told us we didn't have one – we did. In my opinion they will say anything to avoid taking responsibility for their actions. Our bath was damaged on installation. They gave up on the tiling (having trashed £s of tiles at our expense), leaving us to find another contractor, who did the job on first attempt. Lacking skill. This is just the tip of the iceberg. We wrote multiple letters of complaint. They put the bill up.1/9/2012 10:39:54 PM
