    I bought a laptop from PC World about 18 months ago and i have to say i have been bitterly dissapointed with the laptop its self and the service i have had from PC World .The computer has been back to their (Tech guys) £8.99 a month at least five times twice to recover a hard drive failure both to no avail this time they have had it for five weeks and in store they are still none the wiser .the assistant did give me a direct phone number but obviously they do not answer that phone .I have asked for a brand new laptob to replace the one i have had so much trouble with but as yet i am waiting to find out any information regarding this as they never call to keep you up dated .BE WARNED BUY A LAPTOP FROM HERE AND BE PREPARED FOR A LOT OF HASSLE AND SATURDAYS SPENT WAITING AROUND IN STORE WAITING FOR HELP10/14/2011 10:52:29 AM

    I've bought a gaming pc for my son who is very much into computers. The price, compared to other locations, was way more affordable. The system works perfect and I think I made an overall great deal. 4/13/2011 2:47:00 PM

    I really like the PC World stores, while the sellers there are very sympathetic and friendly to the customer. You can always ask them for help, they'll certainly help you. 2/18/2010 3:27:03 PM
