  I clicked 1 star but really there should be no stars at all. The plumbing knocked all night and kept me, my pregnant wife and my 4 year old daughter up all night. I sent an email to them at 2am but had to call them at 11.30 am as they had not bothered to contact us. Emma's idea of customer care is to shout incessantly down the phone and attempt to bully the customer into accepting that there is nothing wrong. After a night of no sleep I was in no mood to argue. So I left. They have held onto my payment an I have had to dispute it with my credit card company. The saga continues.

  I have stayed in many places worldwide from 1 star inns to 5 star apartments. This is by far the worst I have experienced anywhere in the las 10 years.
