Old Trafford Community School provides an integrated service of childcare, family and parental support with primary education in a unique way.
It is a centre to meet the needs of the community by focusing on children from birth to the end of their primary school, and their families, and is a major component in Trafford Council's strategies for children and young people.
The school motto, 'aiming for excellence' relates to the whole school community, children and parents, staff, services and provision.
Detailed description:
Our nursery is a class for children that are 3 and 4 years old. There are 2 seperate groups, the morning and afternoon groups.
At the nursery we use story books as a theme for each half term. So we change themes every half term.
At nursery the children learn how to read and write. We're doing numbers up to 5 at the moment.
We also have play activities were we play outside on our bikes.
