Short profile:
Developing the whole child is of the highest importance to us at Norbury Hall. A wide range of activities take place at lunchtime and after school, including music, sport, cookery, art and we even have our own team of eco-warriers. Provision for personal development and well being was graded as outstanding in our last Ofsted inspection.
We are keen to develop the pupils language skills and actively participate in the Modern Foreign language programme, teaching both French and Spanish to our pupils. We hold a Nativity Play involving Year One and Two, a Christmas Celebration with our Foundation year as well as an annual Year Six Production, all delivered to a very high standard.
For the last two years the children have been able to participate in our highly popular Enrichment activities. These involve KS2 in coming together in groups to participate in additional subjects such as Drama, Choir, Orchestra, Cookery, Spanish, Design & Technology and PE.
Representative team sports are a strong feature of the school.
