Company description

-All children receive 2 hours PE each week. Older Nursery children have one hour hall time. All Foundation stage children also engage in high quality outdoor play.

-Y4-6 children receive one terms swimming tuition per year

-We are frequent winners in the Staveley Town Council art competition and have won two Christmas card competitions (2009)

-All children engage in educational visits to broaden the curriculum. This includes a residential visit for Year 6 pupils.

-A wide range of extra-curricular clubs are available. This includes crafts, board games, science, library as well as sporting clubs and activities.

-Theatre groups perform in school

-Special days/events are planned e.g. bookweeks, science fairs, themed days

-Children are taught French from year 3
