I am Nicola Williams, a fully regulated Solicitor Mediator with 20 years experience in family law. As a member of Resolution First for Family Law, I follow a Code of Practice that promotes an approach to family law that is sensitive, constructive, cost-effective and most likely to result in agreement. I offer free intial consultations every Monday and have one simple rule when it comes to Client care:- To treat everyone the way I would want to be treated - with courtesy, respect and honesty. My first practical experience of working in Law was with a large Cheshire law firm in 1992, where I remained until I left to set up my own practice.
