Newcastle Racecourse is ideally located in the North East of England with easy access from the A1(M) and the A19. Set on the beautiful High Gosforth Park, Newcastle Racecourse has over 800 acres of land and 33 suites available for hire which all boast fabulous views over the Racecourse and Newcastle City Centre. We can host events of all shapes and sizes including conferences & meetings, banquets, indoor and outdoor exhibitions, weddings, private parties, team building events, music festivals and much more. Many of our indoor events are held in the magnificent Brandling House, a Grade II Listed Building at the heart of the Park. Our experienced events team will you support you from your initial enquiry, during the planning stages and throughout your day, ensuring that your event runs smoothly and efficiently. With a range of private boxes, superb restaurant facilities and ample space for luxury marquees, Newcastle Racecourse offers premier service in beautiful surroundings.

Ideal for corporate events, private celebrations, special occasions and a day out with a difference, Newcastle Racecourse has a range of race meetings to suit your needs. We have a range of private boxes seating 6 – 36 people, all with outstanding views across the racecourse. Boxes are available to hire by individual race fixture, as a timeshare or on an annual contract. There are two hospitality packages to choose from when hiring a private box, Gold and Platinum. Bespoke packages are available on request.

Newcastle Racecourse & Conference Centre is just 15 minutes from Newcastle City Centre, easily accessible from the major trunk roads, A1(M) and A19, and just a short walk from the Tyne and Wear Metro & Bus Route. With a wide variety of room sizes available we can cater for conferences and meetings from 4 to 400 people.
