Our largest store is located in Newcastle upon Tyne with an eye-watering 30, 000 sq. ft. of fashion. We keep improving our stores and are always trying out new ideas, whether it is a stand-alone shoes and accessories offer or a new way to show off a product. New Look’s fast fashion operating model is centred around the delivery of our core brand pillars, an obsessive customer focus, emphasis on in-house design, daily product ordering, fast product development, manufacture and delivery and strategic long-term supplier partnerships.

We offer a unique combination of fashion excitement, value and newness to a core target audience of fashion-conscious 16 to 45 year old women, as well as to men and children. Our product ranges include Womenswear, Accessories and Footwear, plus expanding ranges in Menswear and Childrenswear. Today, we are the No. 2 Womenswear and Accessories retailer in the UK with 6.0% value share and the market leader in the under 35’s women’s clothing and accessories market with a 10.8% value share. We are also market leaders in the 9 to 15 age range with 9.7% value share. Our customers drive every aspect of our business. We have a dedicated in-house Customer Insight unit focused on sourcing customer information using traditional methods such as quantitative and qualitative market research, activity-based panels and focus groups.
