Bad service
Mansi Very disappointing!! I placed an order on the 24/12/2011 for Amla and Alo vera Juice.
I knew as it was Christmas time and the order will take some time to come.
I called Nature & Herbs on the 28/12/2011 and they said that your order has been dispatched and will be with you on 29/11/12.
I waited for the order until 3/01/12 but I did not receive it. So I called them again to check the status and got same reply from them ''your order has been dispatched and will be with you by tomorrow''
They blamed everything on the APC courier company. They dint event bother to inform me that the order will take some time!
The sad part is that they are the only distributors of Patanjali products in UK :(
I am really disappointed!
