After you have completed your registration details you will be asked for a preferred delivery date. We will do our very best to keep to this date, if for any reason we are unable to fulfil your preferred delivery date, we will contact you by telephone or email. We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If a product is in stock, any items ordered before 12:00 is usually dispatched the same day. If you place your order on friday after the deadline your order will be dispatched on the monday.
We make every endeavour to ensure you a speedy delivery but we cannot guarantee the couriers will deliver on time. Delivery times are between 7:30 and 17:30 unless you have paid for a special delivery.
