The most important part of Moneypenny are the PAs and Receptionists. They're all chosen for their

Detailed description:
You can use Moneypenny whenever you need: all the time, or when your phone is engaged or unanswered – it’s up to you. Your calls are directed (using some clever telecom facilities) to your own Moneypenny PA. If she is already on the phone, one of her small team of 3 or 4 will take your call.
Handling calls and messages to suit your needs
Your Moneypenny PA will put calls through to your office or mobile, or take messages which are forwarded immediately by email or SMS; regular and VIP callers will be recognised and greeted accordingly (they won't be repeatedly asked for their contact details). She will also filter the calls you don't want and react exactly as you'd expect when an urgent situation arises.
Briefing your Moneypenny PA
Starting a working relationship with you means a lot to us. Making it long-term means even more. This is why the most important part of the set-up process is your ‘welcome call’.
Ensuring she understands your business
We know you wouldn’t entrust your calls to a stranger, which is why we ask you to set aside some time to have a chat over the phone, maybe with a cup of coffee, to ‘meet’ your Moneypenny PA - just as you would if a new team member was joining your office.
Recognising your regular & VIP callers
Your Moneypenny PA will already know a little about your business, but will want to learn much more so that she can handle calls exactly to your requirements. For example, it is important for her to know the names of your regular callers so that she doesn’t have to trouble them for their surnames.
Moneypenny was born out of frustration with traditional telephone answering services. Businesses don't want to deal with nameless faceless objects. They want to deal with real people, with real characters and a real understanding of their needs.
