  I don't know how this establishment can be classed as 3 star. It is stuck in the 1980's. In need of modernisation. The bedroom was dated with cobwebs on the walls and ceiling, the skirting boards were dirty and in need of painting, the curtains had missing hooks, the carpet had stains, the bed had a bolster on the bed which was very uncomfortable and stained. When this was removed we replaced it with pillows from the wardrobe which had no pillow cases on and were stained also. The shower had dirty sealant on the bottom with more cobwebs in the bathroom. The carpet in the bathroom was worn and so were the bathroom mats placed on the carpet. We even found a human nail remnant of the carpet from no doubt the previous occupant! There was grime on the bathroom door which obviously hadn't had a good clean for a long time and the toilet seat underneath had grime on also. There was no TV in the bedrooms. The only TV available was in the guest lounge. This was in use by the owner's elderly parents so it is difficult for the guests to go in and turn the channels over if they are in there. Also people like to watch TV in the privacy of their room. Not ideal at all.
