MIND & BODY

Short profile:

I am ITEC qualified and have been working as a therapist since 2002. I work with a wide range of clients from all walks of life, including business people, regular gym users, athletes and people who just want to relax and unwind with a stress-relieving massage. Massage is a great way to treat yourself and has many positive benefits for the mind and body. My practice is based 5 minutes' walk from Baker Street and Marylebone Stations in tranquil surroundings. The therapy room is warm and comfortable, and relaxing music will help you let go of the stresses and strains of the day. Shower facilities are available. I also do home and hotel visits within Central London as well as working at the Central Y.M.C.A Gym on Gt Russell St, off Tottenham Court Rd. Treatments are available on a one-off basis. Alternatively, discounts are available for courses of 6 or 10 treatments.
