sugarme and my family orderd 8 suits frm here n we placed the order 1 whole YEAR in advance 2 be on the safe side ,but the odres kept getting delayed everytime we phoned and went in they wud keep saying the same thing tht they hav not arrived yet La la la la la then there was onlly a week left 4 the wedding n they told us were sorry the orders are not comin so pik anything 4rm the shop or get ur money bak n there was only a WEEK left ,i cried so bad they wrecked the wedding we had 2 buy wat eva was available tht dayy n the suits were so uglyy n the shop showed no sympathy so please people 4 ur own benefit dont go these they lie so much and evertime we wud go in the shop other customers complained aswell on them!

sandraBI bought my first Christmas this year already, and that beautiful winter mode, which gives it a great choice here. The price hits make it possible for one or the other piece to buy more and there is even money left over, even to my husband once again to treat yourself to something nice, because he is not on fashion and shopping.

MISTREATED CUSTOMERI can't belive how EVIL the staff/owners at this store are!!! They don't have the slightest clue about how to do business!! Have they not heard of customer care/consumer rights??? I bought a suit and came home and now that all the decieving shop lights were gone I could see the colour fading all over the scarf, kameeze AND salwar!! FAULTY ITEM sold to me but I can't get my money back!! Did anyone contact Trading Standards about them? what happened? Please let me know because I want to take action, now I don't even care about my money... I just think they deserve to be put through misery just like the way they've been abusing countless customers!!!

Imran COrdered my Mehndi suit 2/2/11 and was told my suit will arrive within 2 months (April 2nd). I went there on the April 4th and they said they had not received anything but will chase it up with the supplier and call me within 24 hours. Having waited for a call that never happend i decided to call them and was told by the manager that i should stop bothering them! Naturally angry with the service i felt it'll be worth me paying them a visit and explaining to them taking over £100 deposit off someone and not delivering a satisfactory service that doesn't go hand in hand from where i come from. She then promised to resolve the matter and call me again....as expected no call back. I decided to call them and again she said i'm calling the supplier, obviously no call back as you have noticed the pattern now...seems to be no end to my dialemma with them!
I can not believe that a business can survive treating customer like this in this day and age! I've not got in touch with the office of fair trading and trading standards ho have kindly said they will pursue the matter.
I'll update you guys on progress!

yasmin123we have ordered our wedding outfits from Midland Textiles and were advised that the outfits will be here by last week, however we are now being told that the outfits will be here by the end of this month!
we are in a bit of a dilemma! do we wait ( from reading the comments i dont think so! ) or do we cancel our order and see if we can get our clothes from somewhere else!!

NazI ahve had sucha bad experience with them. I ordered my Mhendi outfit from tehm and gave £200 deposit, whenever I called the lady caleld Nargis who is the manger there told me that its ready and they have sent it from India. when I went to the shop, travelling all teh way from London she told me that teh suppliers couldnt get the material and she would refund my £200 deposit, which still hasnt been done.I am not going to let this matter go until I have recieved my £200 and tell them exactly what I think of them.
