Jessica GaultI purchased a ring for my boyfriend 'on line' from Michael Rose. When it arrived it did not fit properly and did not look as good as it did in the brochure. I called Michael and told him. He informed me that he did not give refunds, but would consider a credit note. I insisted on a refund, because I was entitled to it and returned the ring. He has yet to return one of my numerous calls over a period of two and a half weeks. I am now in the process of recovering my money through the small claims court.
