Academy for Sporting Excellence, also known as ASE is a professional sports academy based in North London and founded in 1992, by psychologist, International athlete and coach, Michael Bruce. Michael Bruce developed the fEuzion S.A.S System, after years of study and travel to USA, Italy, Spain Switzerland, Holland, Germany, Austria and the Caribbean, studying the different technical approach to sports. Michael who has coached medallist at national, Commonwealth, European and Olympic Gold medallist, says that for too long football teams have ignored the obvious benefits of athletic sprint coaches, and for that reason I have set up ASE academy, where football and athletics can be merged and progressed a stage further, I believe that the lack of interest from football academies is based around their lack of knowledge and misplaced beliefs of athletics, of the approximately fifty academy footballers I currently coach very few tell their academies that they have an athletic coach, as there is a serious belief that they may be released.
