The low cost, all inclusive terms include rent, business rates, water, lighting, heating, buildings insurance, maintenance, kitchen area, toilet facilities, the cleaning of all common areas, car parking and VAT at current rates.
We have various sizes ranging from 75 - 775 sq ft. Please contact us to check availability.
All offices are connected to either the BT or Torch networks.
In addition we offer bureau and bookkeeping services which are charged according to usage.
Access to the building is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The premises are protected by a Shorrocks "Red Care" alarm system and CCTV, which is monitored throughout the hours that the site office is closed.
In addition to the offices, we have available on site, high security storage rooms from 15 sq ft to 500 sq ft, there are also larger workshops from 500 sq ft to 2, 700 sq ft.
