jonathon dempseyI purchased a used Mercedes from this organisation, I ould never buy from them again. My impression was that they are second-hand car dealers who somehow have obtained a franchise with Mercedes.. While I am a great Mercedes fan, and would certainly buy a Mercedes again, I was totally dis-satisfied with their idea of providing a quality vehicle, extremely disappointed with their idea of service. They fitted worn tyres, ill-fitting branded mats, and were not willing to budge an inch on the price they were asking (10,000). I bought the car via the Internet, and had already 'paid' when the delivered it. I contacted the garage as soon as I was awrae of the tyres but in any case it was the principle, I had paid through the nose to be fobbed off with inferior quality on the verge of being illegal set of tyres. They are a bunch of shysters. Recommend you check out other Mercedes dealers as the others I dealt with were professional, whereas this outfit probably organise Trotter AGM's...Nuff said? 3/29/2011 5:42:22 PM
