During this process we carry out surveys, prepare sketch designs, obtain statutory consents, develop detailed designs to tender stage, obtain costs and administer the building contract to completion.

Maxwell and Company has a large and varied client base in the Highlands, throughout the UK and abroad. Our portfolio includes commercial, domestic and leisure projects for both private and public sector clients.

Maxwell and Company is particularly renowned for its creativity in conservation work, having carried out a large number of commissions from cottage and farm conversions to major castle renovations.
