Helping you choose the right floor is of paramount importance to them, whether by a visit to their extensive showroom or a detailed consultation at your home, you will receive practical and straightforward advice – materials, design, colour, finishing, underfloor heating, installation enhancements such as skirting and stair finishing – every detail is anticipated, explored and discussed.

Once you have made your choice, the Team will conduct a detailed site survey, not only ensuring that your installation is perfect but making absolutely sure that the sub-floor (the surface on which your floor will sit) is thoroughly prepared. All too often this vital aspect is given scant attention, placing at risk the durability and functionality of your floor in the years ahead.

Delivery and fitting at a time and date to suit you is an absolute commitment on our part. You will be kept up to date with installation progress and consulted at all key stages. You choose the level of your involvement – its entirely up to you.
