At the Marlow Dental Centre our aim is to provide our patients with the best possible care in a safe and relaxed environment using the best available techniques, technology and materials. We can provide you with general dental care for all members of the family, as well as more specific restorative and aesthetic solutions. The purpose-built premises have been designed specifically to provide a modern environment in which the most up to date treatment techniques can be carried out ensuring our patients receive the best dental care possible. The emphasis of our care is on good dental health achieved through regular examinations at 6 or 12 months and hygiene visits at 3, 4, or 6 months depending on individual needs. The maintenance of good dental health will ensure that you keep your teeth and that the restorations you have, will last.
Detailed description:
The Centre has been designed with four treatment rooms. Each pair of rooms is linked to a dedicated sterilisation area where we apply the gold standard in cross infection control. All the treatment rooms have been equipped to the highest standard.
Modern technology allows you to understand any problems that you have by using intraoral cameras to project images of your teeth and mouth onto chair-side TV screens and also show digitally recorded x-rays in the same way. We have installed the latest 3-D x-ray imaging technology, which allows us to visualise, if necessary, individual teeth or the whole jaw structure so that you receive the most appropriate treatment.
This is particularly useful in the planning of implant treatment as this is linked to software that allows precise positioning of your implants. At the Centre we also have a dedicated consultation area and ceramic laboratory where we can perfect and finish crowns, veneers and bridges prior to fitting.
