Short profile:

Established in 1979 and Maon is a family run hotel.

Sorry no group bookings i.e. Hen/Stag parties.

No Children.

At certain times of the year it is necessary to impose a minimum nights stay, ranging from 2 nights to a week.

We are selective, and like to think we consider the feelings of all guests. We therefore do not accept group bookings, or Stag/Hen parties. Children are also not accepted.

Should you have any concerns during your stay, please do mention it to one of the family, and everything will be done in our power to make it better.

Rooms are equipped with Hospitality tray which is replenished free of charge daily, hair dryer, mini fridge, radio alarm clock, T.V., fan, and full central heating.

Detailed description:

We are centrally located with easy access to all amenities.

10 minutes walk from Pool Valley Bus & Coach Station.

15 Minutes walk/ short taxi journey from Brighton Mainline Train Station.

30 Minute Train journey from Gatwick Airport.

The staff at the family run Maon Hotel will bend over backwards to ensure that your stay is an experience to remember. Extras can be arranged on request should you wish to spoil your loved one. Nothing is too much trouble, just give us a call before you arrive and most requests can be organized. Many guests have arrived as visitors, but have returned again and again as friends.

All rooms are furnished to a high standard. Most rooms are en-suite. Our rooms are clean and comfy with matching Dorma linen. Clean towels are provided daily but we do ask that they remain on the premises (No Beach!).

Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis between 9.30 and 11.00 am.
