Short profile:

Mao Tai, named after the celebratory Szechuan liquor, opens the Mao Bar & Restaurant which echoes the established style of Mao Tai. The ethos is comfortable design and food which spans South East Asia, with an emphasis on China. With an extensive wine and cocktail list and a large selection of Organic Saki’s, Shochu and Martinis served straight up or tall the Mao Bar is a stylish place to be. With an extensive choice of dim sum served at the bar there need never be a reason to leave that Mojito on its own.
