Our service includes a free initial consultation, fixed rate charges on the majority of our services, highly competitive hourly rate charges, 24 hour direct telephone contact with your solicitor, out of office hours appointments ( including evenings and weekends) and the option of dealing with your entire case without ever having to meet with your solicitor in person (namely, by using email and telephone). Unlike most conventional law firms, which charge for their services on an hourly rate basis, we offer fixed rate fees on the majority of our services.

This means that you know from the outset of your case exactly how much it will cost, avoiding any unpleasant surprises later down the line. We have been able to cut our overhead costs by making use of modern technology and business methods which is why we are in a position to offer you highly competitive fixed and hourly rate charges while maintaining our high standard of service. We understand that most people lead very busy lives and are not always able to easily take time off work or organise child care in order to find the time to deal with legal issues, which is why our service is developed to be flexible, allowing us to work around your timetable.

Our office hours are longer than those of conventional law firms. We are open from Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 7pm, and we offer appointments out of office hours, including evenings and weekends.
