Mango Communities CIC provides consultancy support to organisations, teams, partnerships and individuals. We design learning and change processes for each of our clients based on their immediate needs, the personalities involved and the wider environment in which they operate.
Mango’s approach is systemic; we seek to work with the whole client system, whether that be an individual or an organisation.
Our work with our clients is firmly rooted in mutual respect, challenge, learning and care. We strive to practice for ourselves the principles and guidance that we offer to our clients.
Detailed description:
Mango is a consultancy of 12 core members working across the NGO, Public and Commercial sectors.
The professional backgrounds of our consultants are diverse and include:
Business ownership and management,
International emergency and development programme management,
Telecoms,
Commercial consultancy,
Youth and community development,
Capacity building for NGOs.
Our work is supported by associate consultants with specialist skills in marketing, HR, IT, finance and education.
A central part of our identity as a Community Interest Company (CIC) is the provision of sustainable capacity-building for small charities and community projects in the UK and abroad who would otherwise be unable to afford these inputs. This work is carried out on a not for profit basis.
