We believe good communication is central to the services we provide so if you cannot speak to the person you need to immediately they will call you back as soon as possible. Our aim is to provide a great service to our clients at a sensible price. Most of the work we do is on a "fixed-fee" basis where the services required and costs are agreed before any work starts.
The majority of our clients prefer to pay by monthly standing order, which helps their cash flow and avoids the inconvenience of finding the whole amount in one go. We also believe there should be no "unexpected fees" so any changes in the amount of work required and resultant changes in fees will always be discussed and agreed before the additional work is started. We strive to do what is in our clients' best interests by giving pro-active advice based on what their accounts are telling us about the health of their business.
In our opinion the little extras can make a big difference.
