As a father of two beautiful daughters, one of whom suffers with eczema, I noticed after using conventional baby products my daughters’ delicate and sensitive skin reacted, causing painful eczema flair ups.

After researching the ingredients contained within conventional baby bathing products I was horrified to find that chemicals such as Parabens, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Sodium Laureth Sulphate were commonly found within all of them. These nasty chemicals are also used as ingredients within car wash detergents, industrial cleaners and PVC windows. It then came as no surprise why these products had been aggravating my daughter’s eczema. I was amazed that such potentially harmful ingredients were so readily used in these every day products, and there was no way that I would be using them on my daughters’ precious skin again!

After I struggled to find baby toiletries which didn’t contain these nasty chemicals, my wife suggested I launch my own range of chemical free, organic products.

Upon research, I found that existing chemical free organic products were either too expensive or that there was very little to choose from. I wanted to create an organic range that would be more accessible and affordable for every parent wanting to use nothing but quality, caring and natural ingredients on their children’s delicate skin.

After discussing the idea with friends, one of whom had recently launched an innovative baby product, they were able to recommend a company with over 15 years experience manufacturing natural and organic beauty products. 3 months later Baby Boo Organics was born! The first range was launched at The Natural and Organic exhibition, showcasing a fun, exciting and ethical range of baby bath care products suitable for children with eczema. We were also delighted to launch the very first Organic Strawberry Body Wash.
