    i have been with them for 3 years - i cannot regret it more. when you call they will say " we will send you a statement in 7-10 working days" - you forget about it and in a month or 2 you call them again and the person aswering the phone will say "I am sorry but the person who deals with your account is not in today can i take a message. you explain everything then again we will send you a statement in a 7-10 days" - nothing again. out of 40 debts that i forwarded to them, they managed to collect only 3 and kept the cheque for 2 years.

    So rude on the phone - they dont even care that you are complaining.

  • Worst customer service

    Very Dissatisfied

    The worst customer service I have ever received. I was insulted and sworn at by a partner (James Harvey) when querying why they had taken more commision than I had agreed with them. They consistently avoid providing updates, and only then do so when chased and never voluntarily, and often avoid talking to customers.

    I would really recommend using anyone else as Absolute debt are by far the worst expirence around.
