    Morning I'am writting this on behalf of my mother who bought a piece of jewlery at your trowbridge store whilst away for the weekend but found it broke when she unpacked it when she got home back to chester we found our nearest store which is in heswall 15miles away mersyside and got intouch with them to see if they could change it and were very helpful in doing so she is very pleased with the service she got has some stores will not do this you have to go back to the store where you bought the Item. well done. PS mother want's to know if you are opening a branch in chester at any time as she often shops at the store when in trowbridge.
