Luther King House is ideally located in a quiet tree-lined suburb, within easy reach of Manchester city centre by either private or public transport and offers free on-site parking. It's a perfect place for bed and breakfast, residential conferences, meeting rooms, overnight stays or any private or business functions.
The House is noted for its peaceful and secluded setting, very friendly atmosphere and really is an excellent choice for quality and value for money accommodation. There is a unique inner courtyard with water feature, seating and covered areas, where you can relax and unwind at any time of the day or evening.
We also have an excellent dining room which offers morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and evening meal, together with snacks and beverages during the day.

All of our bedrooms have: Full en-suite shower or bath facilities; Television with remote control, teletext, free view channels, alarm clock and radio; Beverage tray with coffee, tea, chocolate and biscuits; Fresh clean towels and toiletries daily; Direct dial telephone/Internet access. Evening meals are available Monday – Saturday. A good choice of starters, main courses and desserts is offered, with main courses from as little as £... We also serve morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and snacks and beverages throughout the day. Ideal for groups, friends, families and conference delegates. The Baptist House is a large detached House that stands in the grounds of Luther King House.
The House has 6 bedrooms, 3 singles, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 triple sleeping up to 10 guests. The rooms are not en suite but the house does have 2 toilets and a bathroom. There is a large lounge area that has a pool table, and a dining room and kitchen although it is not set up for self catering. Each bedroom has tea and coffee making facilities and T.V. with free view channels and radio.
Residents of the house enjoy the use of the facilities of Luther King House and breakfast in the dining room is included with the rates. Our conference and meeting facilities can accommodate up to 100 delegates or guests. All types of layout can be provided including boardroom, theatre, classroom and informal. Luther King House is a perfect choice for a range of social, private and business functions: Wedding Receptions; Licensed for Weddings (private Chapel on-site); Family Celebrations; Christmas Meals; Christenings; Social and Business Functions; Interviews; Conferences; Meetings and Seminars; BBQ’s.
