We promote the products of Lonza's business sectors and look for new projects. In the UK, much of our business is in the area of custom synthesis for life science companies. Tewkesbury works as our customer's partner, possibly under a secrecy agreement, to help develop new complex organic molecules for pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals.
In the area of Biocides, we provide close regulatory and technical support to our customers. Our key activities are industrial water treatment, pulp and paper, disinfection and preservation.
We handle building block chemicals for pigments, animal feed, nutrition and adhesives.
Tewkesbury is responsible for the sales and market development of fine chemical intermediates, biocides, polymer intermediates and other products in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
