    photos do not represent the boots, had to return some and it took four weeks and a lot of phone calls to this unprofessional company. Do not bother.

    tried to return some boots that looked nothing like the photo. Spoke to a gent in accounts who was less than helpful and after a lot of phone calls to them i eventually got a refund less extortionate restocking fees 4 weeks later. Do not bother with this company, very unprofessional.

    • ken: i orderd some creepers from london boots a while ago. the shoes came . but wrong ones . so i sent them back . an asked the guy there to put my money back in my bank. that was a month ago . yesterday i recevied a parcel , with the same shoes as id sent back , . whos running this place,. bad service. trust you will give a better one in future.
