Detailed description:
Lola was born on February 2004, and while we waited for her arrival, I designed the first collection for her. I hope you will enjoy the garments as much as Lola and I do.
Traditional children's toys inspire the summer 2006 collection, as their playful essence is universal and evokes primer and unconditioned associations and feelings, giving us the first taste of artistic thrill as children and a sweet nostalgic pleasure as adults.
Lola’s wardrobe uses delicate pallet of classic summery colours fabrics, contrasted by strong prints to create simple clean and cheerful look. Colourful Glass marbles printed on trousers pockets, Pinwheel as the back of a pinafore and reversible dresses create this fine collection, all garments are hand printed to create beautifully unique pieces.
“Lola’s wardrobe” impeccably made garments reflecting a joy of good designing and making for babies and toddlers. With a simple cut, high quality fabrics, and great attention to details; they are comfortable and easy to care for.
