Logic SHE Solutions is a leading provider of safety, health and environmental services. We act as consultants to a wide range of public and private sector organisations and specialist industries including construction, civil engineering, utilities, manufacturing, public services, the care sector and leisure services. Wales and Scotland, enabling us to offer a first-class consultancy service from team members who are familiar with the area and industry in which you operate. Our head office is conveniently based in Bristol, with regional offices in the South East and Scotland.

Logic specialise in working in partnership with their clients to establish the most appropriate solutions to ensure that they are able to maintain full legal compliance within the modern working environment. Since 2001 the business has steadily evolved into the organisation it is today. Involvement in high profile, high risk projects and businesses has influenced this development, as has involvement in major projects representing step changes in the implementation of Health and Safety in the construction and associated sectors. The award winning Jobcentre Plus rollout project for the Department for Work and Pensions has represented a milestone in the implementation of H&S and has substantially influenced our approach. Equally influential, has been the working relationships developed with major organisations such as The Lloyds Group, Drax Power, Scottish Power, Balfour Beatty, Metropolitan Housing Association and Cemex Ltd whilst maintaining the core principles that founded the business.
Tony trained as a surveyor early on in his career before doing a stint in the Royal Navy, managing his own construction business, working as a site manager and then running his own yacht chandlery. He then formalised his wide-ranging construction experience with an MSc in Construction (Health & Safety) Management which included research into the motivation of site and project managers to manage safety on their projects. After working with Swift Southern Ltd. as senior project manager, he joined William Verry Ltd.
where he was responsible for health and safety management across all their activities. Operating around 25 sites simultaneously which varied in size from £½ million to nearly £10 million, the company’s projects included Westminster Palace, Anglia Polytechnic University, various housing associations, local authority works and education and school-related projects.
