BLOOD TESTS: When requested by a Doctor, please book an appointment with one of our trained Phlebotomists. Samples are taken most mornings. HEALTH PROMOTION: It is important for patients with diabetes, asthma and heart conditions to be seen regularly so their condition can be monitored. A reminder will be sent to you when your check is due.
Detailed description:
STOP SMOKING: A comprehensive contraception service is provided by all of the Doctors and by the Nurses, by appointment. PREGNANCY: Antenatal Care is shared between the Midwife and the Doctors. The Midwife is in the surgery on Tuesday mornings.
CHILD HEALTH & IMMUNISATION: This is provided by the Practice Nurse by appointment CHILD HEALTH SURVEILLANCE: Child Health Surveillance (baby checking) is carried out by appointment with the Doctors. MINOR SURGERY: Minor operations can be undertaken in our treatment room.
Please discuss with your doctor who will then arrange for you to be given an appointment.
