Broken your favourite ornament? Is it much loved and of great sentimental value? Dont panic, it can be repaired! I specialize in the conservation and restoration of ceramics, glassware, china ornaments, glass ornaments and gilded objects. I qualified at Lincoln University, B.A. (Hons) Conservation and Restoration in 2006 and am a member of ICON (Institute of Conservation). I have a full Portfolio available to view.
Please contact me for a personal no obligation quote. As a qualified Conservator I follow professional ethical guidelines using museum standard materials. All work carried out is recorded and documented ethically.
All treatments used must not cause damage to the object and must be as reversible as possible. I have worked on practical placement projects such as cleaning Roman mosaics, in situ, working on leather objects at a specialist Leather Conservation Centre and repaired ceramics for museums.

Spirit of the Wild
Stephanie BurgeLisa recently resored my husbands beloved Matt Black Spirit of the Wild Royal Doulton Horse Figurine which I broke last year.
This lady is a genius and her work is impeccable.
She kept me updated at regular intervals with photo's and emails showing how she was progressing.
Our horse is back with us, looking stunning, as good as new if not better.
I would not hesitate to recommend her whole heartedly to anyone who needs a tresured item restoring.

Nigel BowersLisa repaired a glass ornament for me.
She did a fantastic repair and at a very good price. It was well worth the 250 mile round trip (twice) to have her repair it.

David and Janet EastonLisa repaired a dearly loved piece for us. We thought we had lost it when it was smashed, but Lisa gave it new life. We couldn't be more happy, or impressed with her work. Thank you Lisa. Dave and Janet. Kent

Ann BlairI was distraught to receive an expensive glass and bronze sculpture broken in transit after very badly packaged by the French sender. No compensation and a broken piece!
I found Lisa on the Internet and she agreed to attempt the repair of the glass section. I sent the glass 'butterfly' to her and she repaired it without any peceptable flaws so that it could be re-mounted on the bronze spike. My ruined piece restored to its former glory! Absolutely FANTASTIC service.

Tim WainI had a large glass vase with a base that was badly damaged. I really liked the vase but hated the chipped corners. Lucky for me I found Lisa while on the internet looking for someone who might be able to repair the vase. Lisa took the job on and rebuilt the corners and now, I am very pleased to say, the vase is whole again and looking great.
I am also very pleased that I now know to contact Lisa whenever I have something in need of repair or conservation.
