NonaudiophileWent into shop before Christmas - only customer with 4 staff - had to wait 10 minutes and eventually told to collar a member of staff in another room who knew I was in.
Told them my budget and requirements and was as good as laughed out of the shop.
Went to B&O in Newcastle and spent £1500 there instead - Your loss Lintone.
