The hotel formerly known as Fishponds is now Lakeview Manor - the 45 acres of parkland, the secluded lake and the tranquil setting are unchanged.
Whether you are here for a short break, a holiday or a business trip, you'll find 17 comfortable rooms to suit individuals, couples and families.
We have excellent facilities and idyllic views - perfect for families, fishing trips or last minute getaways all-year round.
Lakeview Manor (formerly Fishponds Hotel) is renowned for weddings, receptions and other celebrations. With a permanent marquee available to seat up to 150 people, we are perfectly set up for a wide range of private and corporate events.

The food and service are still outstanding. The locally-brewed Otter ales are full of character and flavour. The lake is well stocked with fish. The local golf courses are challenging.
Most importantly, there's always a warm welcome at Lakeview Manor...

There are plenty of things to do within our 45-acre grounds to keep you and the family occupied, and a whole range of local activities which we can help you book if you need.
The Restaurant at Lakeview Manor is open to residents and non-residents. Enjoy fresh, local produce in a relaxed atmosphere, lunch-times and evenings.
Pride of place on the well-stocked bar are a selection of locally-brewed Otter Ales - a true taste of Devon, full of individual flavour and aromas.
Our 'hog roasts' are fast becoming legendary - with a whole west country pig roasted on a spit, serving a minimum of 80 guests at a time.
