C F Lake Ltd (Lakes) was founded by Ceril Lake in Slough in 1947 selling, renting and repairing radios – wirelesses as they were commonly known – as well as recharging accumulators (large rechargeable batteries). Over 60 years later we have grown to be one of the largest independent audio /visual retailers in the Thames Valley.

We currently have nine showrooms: Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Bracknell, Camberley, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Marlow, Staines and our Superstore on the Bath Road in Slough with a central Head office / Warehouse in Langley Berkshire together with our on-line website.
